Considering how crowded the book market is today, an IBPA Benjamin Franklin Award is an endorsement of excellence and helps your book stand out. Who enters? Traditional publishers, author-publishers, hybrid publishers, academic presses, and nonprofit/association presses…as well as authors on behalf of their publisher.Who judges? Over 170 book publishing professionals including librarians, bookstore owners, reviewers, designers, publicity managers, and editors, judge the entries. The awards are unique in that entrants receive constructive feedback on their submissions; the actual judging forms are returned to all publishers.
